So the map I've been playing on has been running on 1.9 perfectly ever since release...until today, when it started doing some odd things. I've noticed that all of these have been mentioned before as separate issues, but as I am getting them all together and none of the solutions I've found have actually worked, I'm creating this thread.
The first one I noticed was that arrows are no longer firing properly; rather than going to the designated spot, they bounce back and fall uselessly to the ground. Spectral arrows especially do this at a much worse rate than others.
The second is time. In the following image, note that according to the map time is progressing normally, but the sun is constantly jittering back and forth. This goes on forever; even though time reaches a point where it should be night, the sun remains at the same position in the sky.
And, finally, mobs are moving much slower. Despite the fact that I can place blocks and do just about everything else at a normal rate of speed (and both TPS and FPS are acceptable levels), mobs move almost at slow-motion speeds, especially when struck.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. If any more information/images need to be shared in order to come up with a conclusive solution, just let me know.
