Reminder: i have no mods installed,im on windows 8 and im using 1.8.1

I went on minecraft this morning with everything running fine but when i went into a server it crashed me and said the following

i tried again and the same thing happened i cant play anything but the launcher is working fine as well as everything else

please tell me how to solve this
