Minecraft opens and gets stuck at the last phase :

- completing minecraft initialization 7/7

-Loading resources : Loading Listeners : 206/206

-Reloading - Resource Manager Handler : 25/25.

Also , I tried removing ARS magica 2 but it didn't work.
