I'm honestly at a complete loss. I'm getting the error "Connection timed out: No further information:"
I've googled it and everything has turned up "it's your firewall" and "I'm having this issue too!" but I've checked my firewall and I have no reason to believe that's the problem. It's allowed through Windows Firewall, it's allowed through my router's firewall. I even went into advanced settings with Windows Firewall and tried opening the ports that way and still nothing.
I didn't have this problem until I tried to play recently. A few friends and I set up a small private server a few months ago and played on that for a bit and it worked fine, along with connecting to one of their servers. That was a vanilla server. This issue popped up while trying to connect with a technic mod pack. I went back to try and connect to random vanilla servers and got the same error.
I have no idea what the issue could possibly be. I've checked the firewalls, tried making sure Java was up to date, reinstalled Java, restarted the router, and nothing is working.
EDIT: I had uploaded a pastebin of the log of trying to connect to a random public server on vanilla, if it'll be of any help. http://pastebin.com/ZbrvBFWs

I also tried to just straight up entirely disable my firewall (both Windows and my router's) and that still didn't fix it.
