Whenever I try to launch my game with Forge and LiteLoader installed together, the game doesn't start, it freezes at Initializing Minecraft Engine. This doesn't happen on a clean instance, only in my modpack. The game launches just fine without LiteLoader installed.
Aside from this nothing stands out. If redownloading those doesn't work, there's probably a mod conflicting with Liteloader.
At that point you're likely down to trial and error. Run Liteloader + Forge alone, which should have no chance of jamming, and then keep adding mods by small batches to find the culprit.
I found out what was causing this, I had go into splash.properties and disable it. Then the game launched. I don't know why it would freeze only when I have mods installed, because it launches fine on a new instance.

As long as the game actually launches, I should be fine for now.
