Mobs are not spawning in my mob farms. I have two different farms one down low with all the caves lit up and the other is up high around 240 and there are no other spawnable surfaces and neither is producing mobs. Well the high one is but only 1 or 2 at a time. Difficulty is set on hard and I have tried turning it to other difficulties with no effect. 1.9 seems to have broken my mob farms.
