When I am in Fullscreen and I am trying to access an inventory the cursor is a few inches off from where the game is recognizing it to be. I have done pretty much everything I can find and can't seem to find a solution for what is going on.
Make sure that your computer screen resolution is set to the standard resolution of our Monitor. Also check your Display Settings to make sure you didn't change the zoom settings, these can all cause this to happen in MC. Also if you happen to have a 4K monitor, or non-standard sized monitor, it may be forcing these settings to something they shouldnt be.
I figured out what I had going on just not exactly why it was happening. I am formatting my streaming PC now anyways so while it was going through it's procedures I unplugged the HDMI cable that goes to the capture card and that fixed the issue. Not sure what was causing it from there though, I had a DVI cable going to my monitor and the HDMI cable going to my capture card in the streaming PC, the HDMI output was supposed to just be a duplicate of the DVI. Might be on a different resolution or something. I will have to play with it more once I get the streaming PC back up and running but thank you for the information!
Check into the streaming software too, make sure its resolutions are set as well.
Often when you have mouse issues like yours in MC, its cause is something is messing with a setting related to the resolution. Which causes the mouse to appear where it isnt supposed to.
Yea, after playing with everything a little more I can't find a good solution. I will just have to get a new HDMI splitter :/ which hurts me a lot on the inside gonna have to let go of the 144hz for a while or at least till I can get a better audio set up...

Here is a link for what it looks like on my screen.
Sorry for the screen shot of the stream I couldn't get a SS of my MC with the cursor visible.
