So I am attempting to build a server and getting everything set up on my machine. This will eventually be a modded server but to verify everything was downloaded and set up correctly to make the server, I tried running minecraft. I got the below error.

This is an older computer that I am making into a server box but its not that old.
AMD Phenom II X6 1075T 3. Ghz
12GBs of RAM
I have Java 8 Update 73 for 64 and 32 bit.
Latest graphics driver for my video card, Geforce GTX 550TI, SLI with another Geforce GTX 550TI - 364.51 win 10 64bit WHQL
All windows updates that it could find are updated and ran the graphics update again to try and make sure windows update didn't mess anything up.
I have also taken a look at other fixes and tried them, to no avail. Below is the DxDiag if that will help.
This is a client error not a server issue. So we don't care anything about your server plans or server hardware.
Put you Xmn parameter back to the default value where it belongs. It does not do what you think it does.
I can only guess that Nvidia broke the Open GL support in 364.51. If you look at their forums there's a lot of action going on there about lots of issues, and this release was rush released after the previous version also was very broken.
