Ever since the snapshots 1.9 has brought down my framerates a ton, and I can't figure out what it is. I usually get 5-15 fps, the 20's being good. 1.8 works just fine. Is it a computer problem? I have had this issue on 2 computers, one a Dell desktop with an intel pentium processor, the other my laptop, an Acer with the new version of the intel Core i5 processor (6200U). In fact, I play all minecraft version fine except 1.9. Its so bad it crashes a lot. Here's a crash report:
