NEI is the problem, i had too many items before, got rid of it, then replaced it with NEI 1.7.10
First off, I already updated java to the newest version and I tried both the newest version of NEI and the recommended version(1.0.3) and it still crashes! I am running 1.7.10 being that most mods are still using that update. Thank you to anyone who can help!!

Sorry, very new to the forums. If your talking about getting the installer, I have already tried that and it loads up minecraft but then forge says the mod NEI is outdated and needs to be at least version 1.0.3
Looks like you only have NEI Integration installed, not NEI itself. NEI Integration is just an add-on to NEI to allow more information from other mods, you need the actual NEI from here http://chickenbones.net/Pages/links.html

Ahhh i see, now how do i get it to give me items, i set it to cheat mode and when i click an item it only shows the recipe. When i drag an item from the menu to my inventory it shows i have a stack following my cursor but it wont let me use the items.
