In order for you to see a custom skin, minecraft has to download the player's specific skin from an internet server.
If they don't show up it's usually a connection issue.
You might see some error messages in the game output tab of the launcher.
One cause of this is an overactive ad blocker thinking that that small graphics files are advertisements.

First, Sorry my bad English. My english not so good.
When I playd the minecraft 2 days ago, I can't see my skin in single & multi. also other player's skin too. All charaters looked steve or alex.
I tried relogin, delete and reinstall, played offline. But it doesnt' help. But other players can see my skin.(Not default)
is it my computer problem?
