I get this everytime i try to start a single player world. Here are the fml latest and mc latest logs. If someone could figure out which mods are creating this problem I would greatly appreciate it cause this is a silly problem to be having since its keeping me from being to play with any of the mods.
TelePads is causing your issue. I have no clue how you would fix it though, maybe try a different version of Bookshelf or TelePads. Or you could just remove it to fix it.
