I am currently porting my map from 1.6.4 to 1.7.10 and I realized that some blocks of the Mod "Chisel" will not be rendered correctly. They are invisible and it seems like a problem of Optifine. However by searching for a fix I found out that for 1.7.10 there are two Mods doing the same thing: Chisel 2 and Chisel. I would like to ask which version I should use, especially if I want to update my Minecraft to 1.8.x or 1.9 someday. Maybe you can tell me a bit about the support of those mods, too (-> updates).
Well you have to use Chisel 1 as you can't download Chisel 2(at least not with any means I know of)
