[13:48:04 ERROR]: An update to your launcher is available and is required to play 1.9. Please restart your launcher.
And whenever I restart my launcher, it doesn't auto-update? Any ideas?
Test what would happen if you download the minecraft launcher from minecraft.net to see if the problem continues. If it does try to change the location of where minecraft runs, delete the current folder that its in, or move it (basically do something to make minecraft re-create the folder) and test it.

Check out my modpack if you are looking for a tough modpack, though its still having stuff changed here and there: http://minecraft.curseforge.com/projects/deadly-encounters
Also using agricraft and pam's harvestcraft and want to fix the sesame seed issue? I know how to check my bio for link to see how to fix it.
