Hi! One thing you can do, is try uninstalling Minecraft, and then reinstalling it. Before you do this, make sure you have your worlds backed up, just in case. If you dont know how to do that I am sure there are tutorials on youtube. If that does not work let me know and I can try to help you some more.
Right-Click the task bar at the bottom and select Task Manager -> Processes -> Find the Client, and right click it -> Create dump file
Core dumps are only useful for debugging errors. It will not enable anything to run something, or be useful to an average gamer, as it's wasn't used until a program has crashed.
What you did is to dump that specific process via MS Windows's Task Manager, something that's Microsoft-related, not Java.
The best solution I've found personally was mentioned in the thread webrosc mentioned (here), which is to turn on VSYNC and also VBO in the in-game settings. It is, as Dadiko said, a problem with the Intel Integrated graphics card.

Did you try removing you Resource pack and going back to the default prior to loading the world? Many of the resource packs done work with 1.9

Also something to try that wasn't on the above post is to actually set up a core dump for the client.
Right-Click the task bar at the bottom and select Task Manager -> Processes -> Find the Client, and right click it -> Create dump file.
This didn't work for me, but I do know that it has worked for others. Not sure if you need to do it every time you load the client.

These solutions is not going to work; it's a graphics driver problem. Besides, the game removes these resource packs because it's not compatible.
Enable VBOs and Vsync in the video settings menu. Looks like it's a memory leak, as all Intel users able to run Minecraft previously are affected.
