1) That's not an error
2) You don't have video drivers installed.

You took down the other link, which was the dxdiag and that clearly showed you were using Windows Basic Display Driver.
That might be up to date, but its completely useless as a video driver.

we need the dxdiag log to be able to tell you what drivers to install, add posts, don't just edit the original post

You took down the other link, which was the dxdiag and that clearly showed you were using Windows Basic Display Driver.
That might be up to date, but its completely useless as a video driver.
so what can ido to fix it?
