All of the versions don't work on my minecraft I just bought a new up laptop brand new I have minecraft on it and it runs at 1go I have pixelmon and optifine on it and it still runs the same I don't know the specifics of the laptop and I don't have the money for like external harddrives and graphic cards and that kind of stuff how do I fix this
If it was lagging before the mod, then why install the mod?

It was working for about 2 hours so I installed pixelmon the next day but be for it was lagging and I just thought that would go away the next day so the next day I installed pixelmon and it still did that and someone told me to install optifine and it still lagged and what more information do you need
Uninstall pixelmon and try again. If you stop lagging, then clearly pixelmon is the issue. More information includes: System Specs

Same here. I was running 1.8.9 just fine, and today was the first time I have tried playing since the 1.9 update. Started a new world to test out the new features, and tick, tick, tick. 1 to 2 frames per second. I tried minimizing all of the graphics options, no change. Two other things I noticed - 1) On the start screen, with the blurry world spinning in the background, I see the same low frame rate behavior. 2) When I am in the game if I have F3 on, when I Escape to the menu screen, the frame rate spikes to 50-ish.
Yes I updated Java, and also restarted.
My laptop is a pretty new PC with an i5 core, and came with Windows 10 installed.

I found the issue. It is V-Sync. Disable V-sync and it should run normally for you.
