Ok, to keep it simple stupid...:
- I own a Minecraft Realm.
- I get the posted image when I try to get on Realms.
- My Mojang account says that I own a Realm, and that it has a valid subscription.
- When I try to navigate through the link the posted image provides, it gives my a screen that wants me to purchase an additional Realm.
- I have restarted Minecraft.
- I have reset my computer.
- I have re-downloaded Minecraft.
- It is not a technical issue on my part, because other people are having the same issue, with similar checks.
- I cannot access my Realm.
What the crap is going on??
I am experiencing an identical problem.
It may be worth noting I experienced this issue after clicking the "What is Minecraft Realms?" button that used to be at the top-right of this menu. There's no way to revert the resultant change to the menu.
I have the exact same issue, I am assuming that it is a bug with this most recent patch. and I hope they tend to it asap
following becaise I have this issue and so does a friend. I think the cause is the update, maybe they forgot to update their servers?
hello..same issue here. apparently the servers must be down. Had the same problem a month ago. nothing you can do to fix it just have to wait
