*Edit: So updating my AMD driver fixed this, sorry I suppose I should have updated my driver first before posting.
Hello,
When I first start up PC Minecraft and create or join a world, the world works fine. But if I quit and save and then rejoin that world, join a different world, or just make a new world the game starts to freak out and the game spams the screen with various chunk models. It doesn't seem to crash minecraft, but makes it impossible to play due to being unable to see the actual game.
I took several screenshots of me just standing in the same spot turning.
My graphics card is a AMD Radeon HD 6800 series, driver version 14.301.1001.0. I know this is an older version of my driver, so I will update to most recent version on AMD website and see if that helps.
I see, well that is my fault I couldnt find any posts regarding it. But I suppose I just didnt input the right phrasing when searching.
Before 1.9 my game worked fine and had no issues even with an older version of AMD driver.
I updated my driver to 15.200.1062.1004 the most recent one and now my game seems to work fine now. Ive been spam leaving and joining to see if it happens and so far so good. I guess this post was kind pointless, my bad.
I had this problem once Minecraft 1.8 came out. To fix this, open your Video Settings in Minecraft and turn "Use VBOs" to "OFF". Then you should be able to use any render distance you please

Wow thanks so much! Actually, I did the opposite of what you said (VBO to on) and now its all better! Thanks!
Oh wait, we have a problem.
Snow golems and wither/skeleton heads are looking strange!

Is anyone else experiencing this type of glitch?
This is a known issue with AMD graphics if your render distance is set too high.

I fixed this by updating my AMD driver, I would check to make sure your graphics card driver is up to date.
