When I try to load up minecraft with minecraft forge (any version), the launcher begins to load minecraft but minecraft never shows up. Instead, the launcher goes completely white and I'm able to click the play button again, which does nothing. I'm using Minecraft 1.7 and have The Lord of the Rings Minecraft Mod 1.7.10. I've tried changing my Java version from 1.8 to 1.7 and re-downloading forge, to no effect. My Minecraft Forge launcher is Minecraft Launcher 1.6.59.
Could you please help me fix this? I haven't been able to play minecraft mods for over a week and it's really been frustrating.
I actually was using minecraft 1.7.10-Forge10.13.4.1614-1.7.10, I just forgot to state that. Sorry. Also, I don't know how to find the fml log. I wasn't using a mod pack.
Go to wherever your minecraft is and go into the "logs" folder and look for fml-client-latest.log. Post that to a pastebin.com (or another similar site) and put the link here.

I'm not sure if I was clear about my problem. I found the fml log, but it's for my latest minecraft crash and is dated a couple days before when I first had this issue. Minecraft didn't crash with my error; it just didn't work. When I click "play" a loading bar appears at the bottom of the launcher. It loads to max, and then the screen of the launcher (where it shows all the latest minecraft news) turns entiraly white and I'm able to press "play" again. If I press play the second time, minecraft attempts to load up once more, but nothing happens beyond the loading bar filling up.

You say you are using 1.7 so make sure you are using 1.7.10. If that's not the case then post fml log (fml-client-latest.log).
