Modded MC Rule #1: Mod version must match Forge version must match MC version. Very limited exceptions.
Also make sure the mods were installed correctly. Some mods need more than cut and paste.
But when it doesn't match it says that 'That mod needs at least this version', I checked them in-gamely if they are working or not. Is there any way I can check if it is fit for my forge version?

Or you can try to reload every single mod to find which is stupid. So I did that and find out MineFactory Reloaded must not be loaded with other mods (I mean; do not load MFR and any other if you installing for the first time). The way that solved this was a long way but still got the answer

The title says every thing when I launch my minecraft I always see the same, I'm looking at the mods in-gamely. Is that a problem?
