I've downloaded 'Forge' and in the 'mods' folder put in 'Optifine' and 'Shadersmod'. I then chose which shaders I want in the 'Shaders Folder' then start up minecraft. I hop onto a world and click on the shaders. I then select which shaders I want to use and click on it. It then tells me in chat "Shaders Installed" but nothing changes, its just the same old Minecraft vanilla look. I checked if all the mods are in the same update which they are (1.8) but still no progress. If some would could help me out on this I would greatly appreciate it, thanks.

Latest Optifine has integrated shaders so shadersmod is useless. Also what shaderpack are you using?

I was trying to use the: Edi's Realism Shaders v3 Low, Cuda Shaders - 4.2 Low Shader Pack, DocteurDreads Shaders Pack, Chocapic13s Shaders Pack, RudoPlays Shader.
