Only at night I get massive lags and I cant play. It takes time to load the server and players dont move only me and I can break blocks and they dont reapear. it doesnt happen to my friends only me. I dont really know about this stuff so I dont know what to do.
Sounds like an internet problem. Please go to http://www.speedtest.net/ and test your speed, and post back with the results to see if that's the problem.

Render distance won't help stop lag which is caused by poor internet connection.
There may not be very many ways to fix this since it sounds like a problem caused by your internet provider. Though you could try switching internet providers or upgrading to a better plan. This could also be caused by more people using the internet in your house.
Your internet really looks fine to me. If you are playing on big servers it could just be the amount of player on the screen at one time. This could also just be the server you are playing on. Try other servers with less people and see if this is still true. Also could you do a speed check at night and during the day and post it here?

It really depends on where you live and where the server you are playing on is hosted.
The further the server is hosted from you, the higher your ping will get. This means you will get more lag.
The nearer the server is hosted from you, the lower your ping will get. This means you will get less lag.
For example, I live in New Zealand I usually like to go on American servers, considering they are populated with lot's of people. But America is all the other side from the world from me. So I always lag when I go on American servers.
Whereas when I join servers that are hosted near where I live, I will get a lower ping, and that means less lag!

Check your wifi speed at your providers website or lower your render distance in your minecraft settings

Its just a suggestion
I understand that I just don't want this person to make their game look worse if it won't help them.
These are my results

Your internet looks perfectly fine for MC (I have a friend who can play MP fine on 10 down 1 up)
But yes, as Ender_King_ said, do another test at night, when it starts to lag.
I know my ISP (Comcast) likes to bottleneck the speeds at night a bit, when most people aren't using it.
(Which is annoying for a night owl like myself :| )
