I normally play modded mc and got an r7 250 to give free up a little ram (I'm using an A10-7850k APU) after installing drivers and going through setting up Dual Graphics my framerate was less than 1. So I opened vanilla mc to see if it was just that pack, and while it loaded much better there was still a lot of lag. Lag that wasnt there when it was just my APU alone. I noticed right around when forge started using the current loading screen that my performance seemed lower, but I'm not sure why. But since this happens in vanilla I have no clue....
I've just done this and it's still lagging. I plugged it into the the onboard graphics with dual graphics disabled and that seemed to help slightly, but I'm still lagging. even on the menu screens I have to hold my mouse above a button for about 3 seconds before it lights up. I dont get the menu lag on vanilla.
The r7 250 is the best card compatible with my apu for dual graphics according to AMD so I'm sure its not that. I'm going to try re-enabling dual graphics while plugged into the onboard graphics.
EDIT: Doing that caused my graphics driver to crash and mc to freeze completely...

I'm back to my original setup and vanilla has no lag! But modded is still freezing even in the title screen...
