WE have two minecraft accounts. We have tried changing passwords (it says password changed) and then won't let us log in. IF we do get logged in, we cannot get into a server it says invalid session. We have uninstalled and reinstalled MC. My daughter has autism and this is her entire life. We are desperate to get this fixed. We have contacted the help support desk numerous times and have not received any answer other than "sounds like a temporary issue, try again in 30 minutes".
