I have just recently gotten back into minecraft with the release of Pre-release 1.9 v.3. I am planning on playing Pre-release 1.9 v.3 on Realms with some friends and was wondering if I can safely update the world to the full release of 1.9 (come February 29th) without corrupting any files. Also, what are the differences between the pre-release v.3 and the full release of 1.9? Is it just a matter of bug fixes, or are new generated structures being added in the full release? I want to start a Realms world with the most up-to-date features and don't want to have to start a new world to load in new generated structures that might come with the full release of 1.9. That said, can I play the 1.9 pre-release v.3 and safely update to 1.9 when it comes out this Monday?

Curse PremiumEvery update does not corrupt the world so when 1.9 comes to full release then you can do it with 1.8 and 1.9- any version Thanks
Hope I helped!

Curse PremiumThat's not entirely true. There is a possibility, especially when using snapshots.
