So, on my server my players are getting Poisoned when i teleport to them or come close to them after i teleported near them, like with a Stargate or so.

Here a list of all mods i have on my client and same goes for my friends.

.-. No seriously though. Some say its from iChunUtil, but there is nothing in the config or so that says anything about it. Also upon research, people say they get green and red flashes, but i don't get that, so it can't be iChunUtil. What mod causes this?

Yes, but it does not matter what i wear. I first wore Quantum Armor, now i wear a Modular Powersuit Armor. I also have none of the same items in my inventory as what i had when i used the Quantum Armor. Also, i do wear all the Galacticraft stuff, like Oxygen Tanks and the rest of the gear, but that cannot cause this as many others wear these to, but when they go close to others they do not get poisoned. I also have the extra hearts from Tinkers Construct, but i did not have these before, but people still became poisoned when i teleported to them.
