We have been having trouble loading Minecraft after Windows 10 update. Have been following advice from Minecraft to download a driver from the chip manufacturer (Intel for us), and then disable Windows driver update. However, Intel could not provide us with a driver. We followed further directions to copy DxDiag.text to Ubuntu
Unfortunately your graphics hardware is not supported on Windows 10, you will need to downgrade to Windows 7, upgrade your graphics hardware (Not possible on a laptop), or use another computer to play Minecraft.

Have been following advice from Minecraft to download a driver from the chip manufacturer (Intel for us), and then disable Windows driver update. However, Intel could not provide us with a driver. We followed further directions to copy DxDiag.text to Ubuntu

and ask for further help on community support services.
