I was working on a map I was making, I was up to adding the last touches and I had been working on this map for about a month now. My dog then pulled the plug out of my computer and my computer(obviously) turned off. When I turned it back on and went into minecraft the world was gone. I have gone online, offline, my profile and my forge profile. None of them work, the world is gone. So I went online to see how to recover the world and they all say it should still be in .minecraft saves folder, but it's not. PLEASE help me get it back!! I have been working on it for a month now, I can't lose the world. PLEASE HELP ME!!!

Look in all the temp folders, but if you have restarted your computer after you lost the world, you can't get it back.
