Optifine Isnt Installing

Whenever i download optifine it says "java isnt fully installed" but i know for a fact that i downloaded it fully. Is there any way to fix this?

Have you tried updating Java to the latest version? http://www.java.com/en/download/

If not it wouldn't hurt to re-install anyways.
