Hello. So every time i played Minecraft on my PC i usually get around 85 FPS and Optifine kept on saying that "Updating Java to 64-Bit will make it faster". So i found out that i had 32-Bit java and i decided to update my Java to 64-bit. So after i updated Java, i noticed i got less FPS. Before i had around 85 FPS and now i get around 25-40 FPS. I got really confused and i don't know how to roll back Java to it's older versions.
My Specs:
Computer: Dell Inspiron 580
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-Bit
CPU: Intel Core i3-550 Dual-Core 3.20GHz
RAM: Dell Factory 6GB (2GBx3) 1333MHz
GPU: EVGA Geforce GTX 570 1GB GDDR5
PSU: Corsair CX850M 850W 12v
Display: Dell 22M02 IPS 720p (1600x900)
Can someone please help me??
[EDIT] UPDATE: I Found out that some other program is using 2GB RAM. i ended it's process and Minecraft is now faster.

If you were running at 80 to 85 FPS why did you switch to make it faster? That's obviously fast enough?
