Hi, I can't get onto Mineplex and my Wifi is fine. Earlier I received a notification from User Account Control, I don't remember what it said but I think it was about letting in servers or outside programs. This was just before I got onto Mineplex. I clicked out of it and went into Mineplex. After a few games it disconnected me and I can't get back on. I try getting on again but it says" java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: no further information:" This happened the first time I put in a server IP because I got a new computer and this has never happened before. The IP is correct and my Wifi is just fine. I can't figure out how to allow it again, I uninstalled Minecraft, that didn't work, I looked up videos and they didn't help, and I can't find anything in the Control Panel or User Account Control settings that will allow servers to come up again. Someone please help!!!

Make sure Firewall isn't blocking Minecraft.
