i just installed the revenge of c team modpack on the AtLauncher and got a server up but everything is so blurry mostly leafs the first 3 min of playing i get a headache Please help asap. i attached some images just help asap thank you!
and no its not super secret settings i tried 10 times. and when i move it gets even blurrier.Can Somone please f**king help
This is probably because you're using fast graphics, which makes leaves opaque among other things. Try using fancy graphics. Also, if you're using shaders, check what you've set your RenderResMul to. Anything below the default (1) will make things seem blurry.

first off i dont understand what you mean ? shaders i dont have any and it would take 10-20 min it freezes the game when you switch the mapping and anistropic

Which is specifically why I said "if you're using shaders," not just "adjust this shader setting." If you do not have Shaders Mod or an Optifine version with built-in shaders support, that's nothing to worry about.
The point still stands; you've been given several suggestions. If you don't want to try them, that's your problem.

Souls - After you die, a hostile Soul that stores your inventory will spawn.
Auto Refresh - Automatically refreshes your server list and alerts you when your selected server comes online.
Pick Block Plus - A clientside mod that significantly improves the vanilla pick block function.
And a few others that we don't talk about.
Adjust the mip-mapping and anisotropic filtering until it doesn't look like that.
how would i know ? your saying test it till it works theres 16 anistropic filters how am i suppose to know dude??? like common

i did try them. it made it worse m8 look at the attached image i really dont know if it has a shaders mod but it doesnt have optifine
