Hiya, I know im posting this in the wrong section. But you cant actually post in the account support section and it just takes you to the mojang support page. Anyways, the last time I played MC was about 6 days go. Got on as usual, everything was fine. But just yesterday I opened the client and it told me to relog into all of the accounts I had. But upon trying to relog into them (Im positive I knew email and password) none of them were letting me log in. My main account (Verellic) Ive had since 2011. So I decided to try and do a password reset for my account thinking I may had just forgotten it. I entered the email I use for everything, and it told me it would send an email. However I never received one. So I went on mojangs website and tried logging in. And when I tried logging in, it told me that it wasnt an account. So out of curiosity I tried signing up with the email I had been using for almost 5 years now. And sure enough it let me register a new account with the email that I had been using for minecraft for ages? Telling me that there were no Minecraft accounts associated with that mojang log in? And I have no idea what to do at this point. My account with a 2013 minecon cape has disappeared out of thin air and im positive I wasnt hacked or anything along those lines. I think this is on mojang/microsofts side. If anyone has any ideas as to what I could do id appreciate it. Ive been trying several different things for a while now. Im just confused as to what possibly could have happened to my accounts, and why my main ones mojang account all of a sudden dissapeared? I have no emails indicating that it was hacked and the email/password on the account was changed.
ONLY Mojang can deal with account issues. Nobody else.
Im aware of that, I was just asking if anyone has seen a problem like mine before and ever seen it resolved. It would just be useful to know if this was a problem thats happened to anyone but me.
