Going nuts trying to resolve this issue but with no luck. I'm pretty tech savvy and usually manage all my own pc/tech repairs.
**I am Running FTB Launcher (newest non-beta) @4gb allocated on the AGRARIAN SKIES Pack***
After upgrading to win10 I switched playing my FTB pack to a diff laptop with and ssd and nvidia gpu. My keyboard is currently broken though so I switched back. I digress.
Pre-Upgrade my fps IN GAME was around 22fps on average. (Low points of 8 During heavy Graphical)
The issue is that I get almost NO frame updates (hovers at 0 with occasional spikes) even on that start/login screen for Minecraft. The app flashes (not responding) at least 2-3 time a min.
This isn't a high end laptop by any means, but before windows10 I played with little issue except on LARGE or GRAPHIC intensive servers.
Currently I can barely navigate the Menu(no world is loaded yet)
I have updated my graphics card to windows10 supported drivers, Updated my java, downgraded my java, adjusted pc settings, reinstalled the launcher, deleted and re-downloaded fresh mod packs, adjusted the amount of ram allocated, updated windows itself, and restarted my machine.
*Everything else on my system runs normally/effectively... (fb games, adobe photoshop, netflix, etc) Just not FTB/Minecraft anymore
I have tried 2gb, 3gb, and 4gb allocated... no difference except ill get error msgs about insufficient memory if only 2gb is allocated

35% Processor
2% HD
43% Ram @4gb allocated to FTB

8gb ddr3 RAM
Intel HD 4400 graphics
500gb HD @ 65% free space

Not good enough for MC in Win 10. Can you add a dedicated graphics card? If not, you might have to downgrade back to previous Win version.
