The first time I load a new world it renders rather sluggishly and look something like this. (All Imgur links, couldn't figure out how to upload screenshots XD)
If I leave then reload the world it will look something like this and that.
Ok, first of all try F3 and A, it will reload all of the chunks. One problem may be that you have too many mods and your I5 is lagging behind a bit. If the F3A didn't fix it you may need to upgrade to a 16GB DDR3, or an I7 processor.
Thanks for replying, F3 A doesn't seem to do much for it. I'm fairly confident that my PC can handle it as its done before. I was planning on upgrading the ram anyways. However, I have reason to believe that one of the mods is corrupting the worlds. Idk how I'll find it tho...
I found out that Fastcraft was actually destroying my worlds and hurting my performance which I couldn't believe since I've used it for so long, even though it is WIP. I started a new pack and added mods until I noticed that Fastcraft was the problem. Without it, the world renders flawlessly and reloads just as I left it. Note I wasn't using BetterFps or Fps+ in the new pack either.
Ah, my brain didn't think that would be the problem. I love fastcraft and didn't think about it. You can port over the mods to MultiMc and install optifine from there if needed! I hope you have no additional problems in the future.

And the map looks like this. (Mushroom biome is from previous world because JourneyMap, ignore it)
This is my mod list. I'm using the Curse launcher.
Running an i5-4590, 8G DDR3 2133 (6G allocated to Minecraft), and a 750 ti.
My graphics settings look like this.
Here's the entire screenshot album.
Thanks,

I was skimming the list and it looks a lot like the ftb infinity evolved pack, I am gonna look at some trouble-shooting ideas for that.
It's "The Ultimate Modpack" with a lot more mods.
Thanks Pokedude1323 for the help,
