When I click on the Minecraft application (happened before and after this recent update) the application wouldn't open. The dock moves slightly acknowledging that I'm trying to open an application, but it closes straight away. Some thread said to put "chmod +x ~/Downloads/Minecraft.app/Contents/MacOS/JavaApplicationStub" into terminal and I tried it, but it still didn't work at all and said "No such file or directory". When I tried to put the Minecraft folder in and THEN type the command, it said "Permission denied". I tried shutting my computer all the way off and turning it back on, but it still didn't work.
