So I'm experiencing a rather new issue I've never seen or heard of before involving Minecraft. I have connection spikes to every server in Minecraft. When just in a hub not doing anything but running around I get a connection spike every 7 seconds or so which lasts about .5-1.0 second. When in a mini-game I get a spike about every other second for about the same time or longer. I have talked to many people about my issue and here are some things I've tried and info I've gathered already: It only happens in MC, me also playing CSGO, I do not have any connection issues playing CS. I do have optifine but I still have the issues when Optifine is not installed. I have also tried it with and without Java (knowing its not needed anymore). Reinstalled my drivers, Minecraft, Optifine, and Java, tried it without Java or Optifine and still had the same issue. I've tried tampering with my in-game settings and yet everything I've tried within that hasn't worked either. I have also tried taking away and adding ram from 1G-12G for Minecraft. It only started occuring once I bought my new PC which is a ROG G20 with an i7 Processor and GTX 970. My old laptop was also an Asus and did not have any issues with any Minecraft server like such. Any help is appreciated. If you would like to help me feel free to add me on Skype @ BioBioDeath. I'm getting pretty desperate so anything that I haven't mentioned is worth mentioning. Thank you.

This could be caused by having changed the Xmn parameter in the JVM arguments box found in your launcher profile
It could also be some piece of bloatware that came with your new PC
How could I fix?
