I can start my game and I can create my world but when I sent my friend my mods folder he could start the game but he couldn't create a world. I thought that it was because I sent him my mods folder that I already used to create and launch the world, so i sent him a fresh mod folder that i have just downloaded, but still, he can't start the world. It stops at loading world and stays there, he tried waiting for 20 minutes, still, nothing

Normally I'd tell you to try with 2 GB, but it seems like your friend is using 32-bit Java + 32-bit Windows. Notes - Provides a clientside in-game notepad.
Souls - After you die, a hostile Soul that stores your inventory will spawn.
Auto Refresh - Automatically refreshes your server list and alerts you when your selected server comes online.
Pick Block Plus - A clientside mod that significantly improves the vanilla pick block function.
