I think minidumps or whatever are totally normal for them not to be written, any machine I ever played on didn't. As for the error I don't know what happened.

If you're using the launcher that installs it's own version of Java, stop using that, use the normal launcher and update Java to the most recent version. Though that might not be the issue, it can't hurt.
The file mentioned in the crash report that I quoted above may have more information, but those usually just tell you that your graphics card and/or drivers are messing up. I don't see the normal DLL mentioned that points to it being an Intel card that can't deal with Minecraft. Have you run Minecraft on this computer before? If you did, and it worked, what changed recently that might have made it not work anymore? You didn't happen to upgrade to Windows 10 or anything, did you?

To tell them how to live is to prevent them living.

You may be able to find drivers on the Intel site, but they may have just stopped supporting that graphics chip for Windows 10 and let Microsoft take care of it, if that is the case, then you are out of luck. Unless there's a third party driver out there that works, but I doubt that.
The only other option is to get a real graphics card like something from Nvidia.

Yeah i upgraded to windows 10 :s
And it worked before you upgraded, correct? Well, there you go, most likely it is the drivers.

and how to fix it ?
and yes it used to work just fine before upgrading
