Minecraft Texture is completely messed up

How do I fix this? I've deleted everything in the .minecraft folder in my appdata, and the texture pack is default. I'm assuming it's something to do with my graphic card, but I don't expect to buy a new one just for Minecraft.

Turn mipmapping to OFF.

It gives your video card fits.
