Alright, I'd like to start this off that I'm no stranger to modding and crashes. I've seen more than enough crash logs and dumps to know what I'm doing when it comes to finding out what the hell is going wrong, and what I can do to fix them.
This one, however, evades me. I'll start the story from the beginning - I downloaded and installed Minecraft after I did a factory wipe on my computer due to a couple of problems. Ran flawlessly for the month or so I had it, everything was fine. I then uninstalled it via the Uninstall Programs after a misclick. So, I naturally reinstalled it. Then this happens after I start it up, log in, and hit Play.

There's no way I can update it any more than the current version. Tried everything.
Even then, updating it wouldn't do anything. Like I said, Minecraft ran perfectly fine 5 minutes before I uninstalled and then reinstalled it, so there's absolutely no reason for a driver update to be at fault.

I've looked through everything on this forum and abroad, and for the life of me I can't fix it. If you need my system specs, here you go:

It's the ATI video driver DLL that shows in the crash dump.
Oh, seem to have missed a hotfix they posted. Well, it works fine now. I feel a bit stupid.
Still doesn't explain why the game ran perfectly before I uninstalled. Guess it's of little matter now. Problem solved, thanks guys.
