Let me start by saying that i know this is not the correct forum for this topic, i posted this here because the subforum with the name that fits my issue does not exist as far as i can see, it's just a link to the mojang help site.
I have been unable to log into my minecraft account, i have tried the launcher, the minecraft website, and the mojang website.
I have tried resetting my password, the email does not show up in either of the two email accounts i have, yes, i have checked the junk mail folders, and yes, i have waited a few hours just in case.
I have attempted to send an email to mojang through the help website contact page, at first the send button was not appearing, yes, i also tried with IE, there simply is no send button, after mostly giving up on that the mojang help site stopped even loading for me, all that shows is a white page, yes, this too i have checked in IE, the normal part of the mojang website still works fine.
I still have my transaction ID, so if i am able to contact mojang staff i should be able to get my account back, is there another way i can contact mojang?
Or perhaps a form that i did not see that would let me reset my account information using solely my transaction ID and original username?

I'll wait a while, maybe mojang will fix their help website, maybe not.
Damn shame, all i wanted was to play on a mates server for a few days.
It seems the system they use is having technical issues again, this isn't Mojangs fault but down to the company who provide the helpdesk software, you will just have to wait on them to fix the issues https://www.desk.com/trust
