I just bought Minecraft today (I have played it before but I lost the account) and the Minecraft launcher wont launch minecraft.
When I click play it says downloading and then the launcher disapears, then it reappears after a couple of seconds with a bunch of text in the game output area, I have tried some ways online like core dumping but nothing has worked, help please?
and as for cancelling the email sent to Mojang, don't worry as they will just reply saying its a technical issue and to come to the forums, Mojang email support is for account issues, not tech issues

I just booted up minecraft and it suddenly works... Well thats weird.
Well i have another question, how do I cancel a letter I sent to Mojang support? XD
Easiest way is to just forget you ever submitted it. If/when they reply to it, just ignore it. They won't lose any sleep over it.
Cast aside your festive doylaks: dragon stuff is about to happen.
Multiplayer is lonely once you understand how it actually works.

Moderatoryour GPU drivers are very out dated (hence the crash), try installing the catalyst software suite here http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/desktop/legacy?product=legacy3&os=Windows 7 - 64
