i made a modded minecraft world with my sister like 6 months ago she is playing in mac and me in windows.
the world was good and i never had an issue with it.
but recently we added a snow mod and it just loaded fine and worked perfectly but after 1 week we opened the world to see it was completley bugged
1. All chests are empty
2. inventory is untouched
3. blocks that could be orientated are all facing the same direction
4. One chunk is corrupt and you can fall in it
5. 2 chunks reseted and everything on those chunks was deleted
6. text on signs is bugged
7.pipes are still there but invisible and untouchable
i know people say make backups but even the backup is bugged so i can't really do something, this happened to us in a vanilla world like 2 years ago in 1.6 too and i want to know what causes this because we were affected two times both forge and vanilla

1. traincraft
2. railcraft
3. buildcraft
4. forestry
5 .NEI
6. toxic rain
7. and the recent snow mod
8. we don't use optifine
