I am desperate for help. I have ben playing minecraft for 2 years now and I havent beenable to play recently. I have not ben able to login into my launcher. In my launcher when I type in my email and password and hit enter it loads forever. I do not know how to fx it, PLEASE HELP

I would start by redownloading the launcher straight from http://minecraft.net to make sure you have the latest one. Also, make sure you are able to login with your current MC information on Minecraft's website just to be sure.
I have tried to download the .msi .exe and the older launcher from minecaft.net. I still continue to have the same problem. I can login onto minecraft.net without any issues.

Alright, I would then move onto re-installing Minecraft. To do this you need to locate your .minecraft folder (how to here: http://gaming.stackexchange.com/questions/28717/where-is-my-minecraft-folder-on-windows), backup your saves folder (if you have any single player worlds), then run the launcher. While doing this processs, make sure the launcher is not already running.
If you still cannot login, then I would suspect a connection problem. I believe Minecraft does the login authentication on port 80, so that shouldn't really be a problem, but he sure to check your firewall/antivirus settings.
Edit: that howto on finding the .minecraft folder doesn't really help you out if you cant login into the launcher. Basically, to get to the .minecraft folder, you need to open up a file explorer window, and in the address bar, type %appdata%
Hit enter and you should be brought to a location that contains the .minecraft folder.
A more helpful response would be -- what did you do that worked to get it going again? Helps others with the same situation. Just sayin...
I don't understand why you are upset with my response? I thought it was obvious that the fix I suggested (reinstalling MC) worked. I think the OP would have stated that the fix I suggested didn't work and something else they tried fixed the issue.
If you are having the same problem as the OP and the fix I suggested didn't work for you: feel free to ask the OP yourself.

do I delete the .minecraft folder? the entropy, I do not want to do anything irreversible
