I do everything, and it does not work i installed the latest version of java, restarted my computer, i launch minecraft I get get the same message i come back to the website and copy and paste the DxDiag report Here it is

Did you read the page it sent you to? It says your graphics card is not compatible with Minecraft. You would have to get a new computer.
