First and foremost, I know I am probably posting on the wrong forum, but just hear me out, and other staff members can feel free to move this post to wherever they need to. I am writing this to the Minecraft forums community as a last attempt since there isn't an open forum to write to for Support
Just as an F.Y.I for all who read this:
- I can still log into the minecraft client (since it does not ask for security questions) and play the game.
- I know my password and username.
- I simply want to be able to properly log into the minecraft.net to change my skin (Yeah it's a whole lot to go through just to change my player's skin...)
Recently, I have been trying to log into minecraft.net to change my skin. However, since the introduction of proposing 3 security questions and only knowing the answer to 1 of the questions, I am unable to log in. Now here is the fun part...ok so sure, I forgot the answer to my questions, big deal, just reset the answers through my email right? Nope. Turns out (at my fault), the email attached to my Mojang account was terminated due to copyright issues on YouTube (don't ask why), thus I cannot access the request for a security question reset since that email is dead. In addition, I have lost record of my Transaction ID when I had purchased my Minecraft account back in 2012 or 2013 (I may have written it down, but I doubt it since I have been searching my house up and down for it for the past week as well as searching the files on my old desktop). I have contacted Mojang support although what they sent me didn't exactly help too much. Here are some pictures to help you get an idea of my situation at the moment:

As Mojang support stated, if you do not have access to the email contact Skrill through phone (which I did), however to contact their services, you need to have a Skrill account with customer ID, which of course, requires you to be 18+ to signup for an account and me being 16 won't exactly be able to make an account.
So I come to you, the Minecraft forums community for help and suggestions, what can I do?
As you are already in touch with Mojang i won't direct you on how to contact them, they are the ONLY people who can fix account issues, no one else can help
