I opened up my minecraft . It was logged out for some reason. So I tried logging in using the correct information but it still said Username or password is wrong. I tried changing my password but it still doesn't work. I don't know what to do.

I did the what you said (typed) to do, but I'm still unable to log in.
its been less than 3 hours since i told you to wait at least 3 hours, wait at least a full 3 hours from the last login attempt (trying before the time is up will reset the timer) then reset password and attempt to login.

Moderatorits been less than 3 hours since i told you to wait at least 3 hours, wait at least a full 3 hours from the last login attempt (trying before the time is up will reset the timer) then reset password and attempt to login.
If after waiting at least 3 hours you still can't login, contact Mojang https://help.mojang.com/customer/portal/emails/new as ONLY they can fix account issues
