A while ago, all of my single player worlds disappeared from my list of playable worlds. I looked in the .minecraft folder, and all of the worlds were still there. I do not understand why They no longer appear. Also, none of the newly created worlds appear in the folder. Screenshots do not appear in the screenshots folder either. Any help would be appreciated. (see images below)
Have you considered that you're using a different directory for Minecraft? Custom directory? Because your saves would be in that folder instead of the normal path. (I'll edit this post to show you how to open up the custom directory and its saves.)
If you could show me how you do that, it would be appreciated.
Open MC launcher. Click Edit Profile button. Near the bottom of this window is a button called Open Game Dir. This will open the folder that contains that Profile's information.
